Yes, memberships require a minimum 12-month commitment. After this period, you can cancel anytime with a 30-day notice.

Memberships are non-transferable and can only be used by the individual who signed up.

Discounts apply only during an active membership. Free treatments and neurotoxin units must be used within the designated timeframe and do not roll over.
